Technical writing
If creative writing is an art, technical writing is a science. My love of writing merged with my passion for teaching when I began producing help content while working at a large retailer in 2016. Since then, I've branched out further into writing help documentation for a data science company.
Copy writing
From furniture to children's jewellery to lingerie, I've worked with hugely different brands at various stages of their journey. I've helped with everything from working with new brands to find their voice, to producing engaging and consistent copy for established brands.
UX writing
I've worked closely with UX designers and product managers to shape intuitive user journeys within products. I create messages and microcontent using simple, clear language to help users understand the what, why, and how at every step.
